Return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. In order for us to approve your return, we need:
• The product must be unused.
• The original packaging must be intact.
• All accessories and instructions included
• Any gifts that came with the purchase will be returned
Important to know:
• You are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives safely to us.
• Refunds will only be made after we have received and approved the return.
• Original shipping cost is not refundable
• If your order value after return falls below the free shipping limit (500 SEK), we will deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
• Return shipping is paid by you as the customer

• Your name
• Order number
• Purchase date
• Reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and return address:

3. Pack the product securely and enclose the return form that came with your order
Refund
• We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt.
• Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
• You will receive a confirmation via email when the refund has been completed.
